Building cognitive workers that compound is fundamentally an evolutionary problem. The hard capacity is to identify the learnable signals each worker is graded against and to evolve the harness around them so the right variations survive. When that loop is running, every deployment becomes ground the next iteration learns from. That is why we are starting with the Darwinian Harness (open source).

Mindspace is the evolutionary workspace: the collaborative workspace where humans and cognitive workers coordinate on real work, from signal processing and investment memos to architecture and decisions. Each worker is a belief-augmented harness, which is what makes coordination across many of them possible at all.

Cognitive workers are only as useful as the beliefs and perspectives that direct them.
